Company Overview
ScooPet LLC is an Ohio limited liability company providing professional residential pet waste removal and related yard sanitation services. Services are currently offered within Ohio, with expansion into additional states anticipated in the future.
Scope of Services
ScooPet provides recurring pet waste removal and optional yard treatments based on the service plan selected. Services are performed on a scheduled basis and are intended to maintain general cleanliness and sanitation of outdoor areas.
ScooPet does not guarantee the complete elimination of odors, pests, bacteria, parasites, or other environmental factors.

Billing & Payments
A valid credit or debit card must be maintained on file at all times. Services are billed automatically on a prepaid recurring basis according to the selected service frequency unless otherwise stated.
Customers may request temporary service pauses due to travel or pet absence. ScooPet does not charge late fees or failed payment penalties. However, if payment fails and is not resolved in a timely manner, ScooPet reserves the right to suspend or terminate service.
Cancellations
Services may be canceled at any time without contracts or cancellation fees. To avoid billing for an upcoming service period, cancellation must be submitted prior to the next scheduled service date.

ScooPet is not responsible for missed or delayed service due to restricted access, weather conditions, unsafe environments, or factors outside our control.
Pets & Safety
Dogs are not required to be secured indoors unless they pose a safety concern. ScooPet reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service if a pet is aggressive or unsafe.
ScooPet assumes no responsibility for the behavior, health, safety, or containment of customer pets. Customers remain solely responsible for their animals at all times.
Property Condition & Liability
ScooPet is not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, fencing, gates, irrigation systems, or other property. Normal service may require walking on grass, soil, or uneven surfaces.
ScooPet is not liable for damage resulting from hidden hazards, poor property conditions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
Photos & Media Use
By using ScooPet services, customers authorize ScooPet to take photos of service areas for service verification and quality assurance purposes.
Customers also grant permission for anonymized photos to be used for marketing, training, or promotional materials. No identifying personal information will be intentionally included.
